  • Your own domain

Send and receive as you@yourcompany.com. Aliases and forwarding are managed from one console.

  • Hosted in Saudi Arabia

Your mail is stored on Skyline Cloud servers inside the Kingdom, not routed through another country.

  • Outlook, iPhone and Android

Connect Outlook or any mail app over IMAP and SMTP, or use the webmail from any browser. On Pro and Business, phones add the account through Exchange ActiveSync so mail, calendar and contacts stay in sync.

  • Calendar, contacts and tasks

Share calendars with colleagues, keep a company address book and plan work without leaving your inbox. Included with Pro and Business.

  • Spam and phishing filtering

Incoming mail is checked for spam and forged senders before it reaches the inbox, with policies you control per domain.

  • Two-step verification

Protect webmail sign-in with an authenticator app, and get an alert when someone signs in from a new country.

Set up business email in three steps

  1. Choose a plan for each person

Lite (10 GB), Pro (30 GB) or Business (100 GB) per mailbox. Mix plans across your team and change them later.

  2. Connect your domain

Add your domain in the console and publish the MX, SPF, DKIM and DMARC records it gives you. If your DNS is hosted with Skyline, you add them in the same console, and you can register a new domain there too.

  3. Create mailboxes and bring your mail

Create a mailbox for each person, copy existing mail across with the IMAP import tool, then sign in on the web, in Outlook or on your phone.

Built to keep your mail safe

  • Encrypted connections

Every connection to the webmail, Outlook and your phone uses TLS 1.2 or newer.

  • Sign-in protection

Two-step verification, alerts for sign-ins from a new country, and automatic locking after repeated failed attempts.

  • Filtered before delivery

Spam and phishing checks run on every incoming message, with per-domain rules you set.

  • Account recovery

A recovery email on each mailbox lets people reset a forgotten password without waiting for an admin.

Questions, answered

How do I create a business email address with my company's domain?

Create a Skyline Cloud account, add your domain, choose a plan for each person and create mailboxes such as name@yourcompany.com. The console gives you the MX, SPF, DKIM and DMARC records to publish, and if your domain's DNS is hosted with Skyline you add them in the same console. No domain yet? You can register one there too.

How much does business email cost in Saudi Arabia?

Skyline Mail costs 17 SAR (Lite, 10 GB), 23 SAR (Pro, 30 GB) or 45 SAR (Business, 100 GB) per mailbox per month, excluding 15% VAT, which makes 19.55, 26.45 or 51.75 SAR with VAT. There is no minimum number of mailboxes, and paying yearly instead of monthly costs 17% less.

What is the difference between the Lite, Pro and Business plans?

Storage and sync. Lite is a 10 GB mailbox with webmail, IMAP and SMTP. Pro is 30 GB and adds calendar and contacts sync (CalDAV and CardDAV) and Exchange ActiveSync for phones. Business is 100 GB and adds shared mailboxes such as sales@ and support@. You can mix plans within one company.

Is there a free trial or a free plan?

There is no free plan: every mailbox is a paid Lite, Pro or Business subscription, billed monthly or yearly, with no minimum number of mailboxes. If you want to test Skyline Mail on your own domain before moving the whole company, contact our team to ask about a trial.

Where is my email data stored?

Every Skyline Mail mailbox is stored on Skyline Cloud servers in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, including its messages, attachments, calendars and contacts. Hosting in other countries is planned; request your country and we will let you know when it opens.

How do I add my company email to an iPhone or Android phone?

On Pro and Business, add an Exchange account in the phone's mail settings with your full email address, your password and the server mail.alskyline.com; mail, calendar and contacts then sync. On Lite, add an IMAP account: incoming server mail.alskyline.com on port 993 with SSL, outgoing server mail.alskyline.com on port 587 with STARTTLS. On iPhone and iPad you can also install the Skyline Mail app.

How do I set up Skyline Mail in Outlook?

In Outlook on Windows or Mac, add an IMAP account with your full email address and password: incoming server mail.alskyline.com on port 993 (SSL/TLS) and outgoing server mail.alskyline.com on port 587 (STARTTLS), using the same sign-in for sending. You can also read your mail in any browser at mail.alskyline.com.

Can we move our email from Gmail, Microsoft 365 or Zoho without losing messages?

Yes. Each mailbox in the console has an import tool that copies folders and messages from your old provider over IMAP in the background while your team keeps working. Run it again after you switch the MX record to collect anything that arrived during the change. Gmail and Zoho need IMAP turned on and an app password; for Microsoft 365, contact our team first.

How is Skyline Mail protected against spam, spoofing and account takeover?

Incoming mail is checked for spam, phishing and forged senders before it reaches the inbox, and the console generates SPF, DKIM and DMARC records so other servers can verify mail from your domain. Webmail sign-in supports two-step verification with an authenticator app, and every connection is encrypted with TLS.

Do you issue a ZATCA-compliant tax invoice?

Yes. Every Skyline Mail payment produces a ZATCA electronic tax invoice in Saudi riyals showing the 15% VAT, and you can download it from the billing page of the console. Add your company's VAT number to your account to receive a standard tax invoice instead of a simplified one.

How do I pay, and can I cancel at any time?

You pay in Saudi riyals by bank card on a secure online payment page, or from your Skyline Cloud wallet, which you can top up by card or bank transfer. You can cancel at any time from the billing page, and your mailboxes stay active until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Should we choose Skyline Mail, Google Workspace or Microsoft 365?

Choose Skyline Mail if what you need is dependable email on your own domain, stored in Saudi Arabia and billed per mailbox in riyals, with calendar and contacts on Pro and Business. If your company works in Google Docs, Microsoft Teams or SharePoint every day, an office suite fits better; many companies move ordinary mailboxes and keep a few suite licences.
